ABOUT ME
Brad Kerr Green is an award-winning composer and arranger with the United States Air Forces in Europe Band, currently based in Germany. Known for his versatility and his ability to tailor music to the strengths and needs of the performers for whom he writes, he composes for a wide range of ensembles and genres, with works performed by leading educational institutions and ensembles from around the world. His writing expertise spans both large and small ensembles, including concert band, jazz band, orchestra, marching band, brass and woodwind ensembles, and pop/rock band.
Brad began his freelance composing and arranging career in 2004 and continues to be active in the field. From 1999 to 2003, he served as a performer, conductor, and music supervisor for the Tony and Emmy Award-winning production Blast!, including the Original London Cast, Broadway production, First National Tour, and The Power of Blast! in California.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors from The New School (2008) and a Master’s degree from Troy University (2014), where he studied composition and arranging with Robert W. Smith.
